Since my fall my leg has been through all the colours of the autumn palette and my thumb is slowly feeling less sore and more mobile. My head, though, is a different matter. I have been suffering from headaches on and off since I fell, but I have had the most thumping headache now since the early hours of Monday morning, and that is combined with a stiff neck and sore shoulders.
I'm hoping that this will settle on its own shortly, but if not I may have to go to A&E for a check up.
In other news, tomorrow I will officially be old. I have my first mammogram appointment. Gotta be done, and like many we do have a history of breast cancer in the family. So it is a good thing, but it kind of focuses your mind doesn't it.....
